Some of the other companies there was like a glass ceiling. There was nowhere else to go. But there's multiple opportunities at Blue Cross and a lot of people to help you get there.

I was actually really picky when I went looking for jobs again after I had my daughter because I wanted a place that really understood and valued my commitment to my family and my kids. My older son is special needs, and I knew that I needed that flexibility in time. And more than my expectation, Blue Cross has met that here.
